Brian Taylor, Chair of Mansfield District Leisure Trust, said: “We’re delighted to have received Investors in People accreditation.

This wouldn’t have been achieved without the hard work and dedication of our people throughout the organisation.

“Having a programme to support and develop our people is a key focus of the Trust as we realise that it is through their commitment that the Trust can deliver the high quality service our customers rightly expect when they visit our leisure centres.”

The Trust also has a monthly reward and recognition programme that presents vouchers to employees who have demonstrated exceptional hard work and customer service.
