Mansfield District Council is putting on a wide range of exciting free and low cost events and sports and crafts activities to help keep youngsters and their families entertained during the half term school holidays (11th-19th February).
The highlights include a range of activities as part of Dickens’ Festival at Mansfield Museum to celebrate the 200th birthday of writer Charles Dickens, low cost sports activities in leisure centres including football, badminton, cycling, basketball, martial arts, gymnastics and trampolining. climbing Wall and multi-sport activities in Titchfield Park and leisure centres across the district.
There will also be daytime and evening performances of Moscow State Circus: Babuskin Sekret at Mansfield Palace Theatre from Saturday 12th to 14th February.
Don’t forget the Council’s swimming pools, including the leisure pool at the Water Meadows are all open as usual.
