Berry Hill

Burglary dwelling:

On Sunday afternoon a group of youths threw snowballs at a car travelling along Nottingham Road, causing damage to the vehicle. When the driver stopped the vehicle to challenge the group they were abusive and threw snowballs at her.

Theft from a motor vehicle:

In the early hours of Monday morning a resident of Quartz Avenue disturbed a male, wearing a hoody, going through his car, it is now known how he gained access. The male had stolen a small amount of cash from the vehicle.

Church Warsop

Burglary dwelling:

On Thursday 7th a farmhouse at Sookholme was broken into by smashing a window and a search made of the property.

Theft from a motor vehicle:

Overnight on Sunday a car parked on Laurel Avenue was entered by unknown means, an Iphone charger, a wallet and aftershave were taken. On the same night a car on Vermont Close was also entered by unknown means and a number of items taken, including Christmas presents and cash.

Eakring

Burglary dwelling:

On Friday morning an offender was disturbed trying to break into a care home on Rock Hill.

A house on Big Barn Lane was broken into at some time from Thursday to Saturday. The conservatory door was smashed open and alcohol taken from, and consumed in, the property.

At an exact time unknown the number plates were removed from a vehicle parked on Warwick Drive.

Criminal damage to a motor vehicle:

In the early hours of Thursday 14th a male was witnessed smashing the window of car parked on Little Carter Lane. The offender had mental health issues and was taken to hospital by Police.

Forest Town East

Theft of a motor vehicle:

At some time on Thursday or Friday a red BMW parked on Whitney Close was stolen.

Grange Farm

Theft from a motor vehicle:

On the afternoon of Thursday 7th a car parked in the car park of Morrison’s supermarket was broken into, a satnav, house keys and a mobile phone were taken.

Ladybrook

Burglary dwelling:

On Saturday afternoon a resident of Goldsmith Street allowed a male into her house who stated that he had come the clean the windows. She left him unattended briefly and he stole money from the house and fled.

Theft of a motor vehicle:

In the early hours of Thursday 14th a white Ford Fiesta was stolen from outside a property on Layton Avenue.

Leeming

Burglary dwelling:

On Thursday 7th a report was received from a resident of Long Meadow that a side door had been forced open and a watch stolen from the property.

Lindhurst

Burglary dwelling:

An offender entered the garden of a house on Redruth Drive and stole a Saracen mountain bike.

Pleasley Hill

Burglary dwelling:

At an exact date not unknown a property on Little Lane was broken into, it is not known if anything was taken.

Burglary other than dwelling:

At some time during the first week in December the shed of a property on Otter Way was broken into and a number of items taken, including two bicycles, a bike helmet and a number of tools.

Theft from a motor vehicle:

Overnight on Thursday 7th a car parked on Eakring Road was entered by unknown means and a number of low value items taken.

Portland

Burglary dwelling:

On Monday evening a resident of Prospect Street left her property for a few minutes and on her return found that her front door keys had been taken from the door.

A van parked on the Mansfield Retail Park was broken into on the afternoon of Thursday 7th. The offenders smashed a window and stole grocery shopping and cash from the vehicle. A car in the same location was broken into on the same afternoon and a mobile phone stolen.

On the morning of Thursday 14th a van parked in a car park on Baums Lane was broken into by smashing a window, nothing was taken.

Criminal damage to a motor vehicle:

On Wednesday evening a named offender threw a missile at a van parked on Victoria Street.

Priory

Burglary dwelling:

Over the weekend an unoccupied property on Leeming Lane South was broken into by forcing open a door, it is not known if anything was taken.

Theft of a motor vehicle:

The window of a car parked on Yorke Street was smashed at an exact date not known, it is not known if anything was stolen from the vehicle.

In the early hours of Sunday morning the window of a car parked on Morven Avenue was smashed and the dashcam stolen.

On Friday evening the window of a car parked on Cross Street was smashed.

Theft from a motor vehicle:

On Saturday afternoon the windows of two cars parked on St. John Street were smashed and a number of items stolen from the vehicles.

On Tuesday afternoon a group of children threw a snowball at a van travelling along Chesterfield Road South, cracking the windscreen.

Town Centre

Theft from a motor vehicle:

On Sunday evening a van was making a delivery to a store in the Rosemary Centre and while the driver was distracted his satnav and mobile phone was taken.

Burglary dwelling:

On Monday evening a minibus was stolen from a car park on Sherwood Street.
