Burglary other than dwelling:

At an exact time and date not known an offender broke into the summerhouse of a property on North Park by ripping off the door, nothing was taken.

A resident of King’s Walk returned from holiday on Friday to find that her car, a grey Peugeot 308, had been stolen from the driveway. The car keys were still inside the house.

Broomhill

Theft from a motor vehicle:

Overnight on Tuesday a car parked on Winkburn Road was broken into after offenders smashed the passenger window, the dashcam was stolen from the vehicle.

Criminal damage to a motor vehicle:

On Saturday evening a group of youths were reported for running down Fairholme Drive, kicking vehicles as they went.

Overnight on Saturday the wing mirror of a car parked on Broomhill Lane was damaged.

Forest Town East

Theft from a motor vehicle:

Overnight on Monday the petrol tank of a car parked on Clipstone Road East was drilled and the fuel was taken.

Leeming

Theft from a motor vehicle:

Over the weekend a car parked on Litton Road was damaged when a hole was drilled in the petrol tank and the fuel stolen.

Lindhurst

Theft from a motor vehicle:

Overnight on Thursday 8th two vehicles parked on Farnsfield Court were damaged when offenders made holes in the petrol tank and drained the fuel.

Overnight on Monday a car parked on Shireoaks Court was broken into after offenders broke the passenger side window, a radio CD player was stolen.

In the early hours of Friday morning paint was thrown over a property on First Avenue, causing damage to the car as well as the house.

On Tuesday evening a car parked on Newark Way was damaged, offenders smashed a window in the vehicle.

Overnight on Tuesday a car parked on Clayworth Court was deliberately scratched along one side.

Oak Tree

Burglary dwelling:

On Friday an offender entered a garden on Saxby Drive through an insecure gate and attempted to enter the house, causing damage to the door handle.

Overnight on Saturday a car parked on Hathersage Walk was damaged when the passenger side window was smashed.

Pleasley Hill

Theft from a motor vehicle:

In the early hours of Friday morning a van parked on Radmanthwaite Road was broken into by forcing open the rear door, nothing was taken.

The window of a car parked on Ruskin Road was smashed overnight on Tuesday and a dashcam stolen from the vehicle.

Overnight on Tuesday the petrol tank of a car parked on Water Lane was damaged and offenders took the fuel.

Portland

Burglary dwelling:

On Saturday afternoon an attempt was made to enter a house on High Oakham Road. An upstairs window was smashed and blood was found on the window, no entry was gained.

Theft from a motor vehicle:

Overnight on Tuesday a car parked on Alexandra Avenue was entered by unknown means and a mobile phone stolen along with some loose change.

Criminal damage to a motor vehicle:

In the early hours of Friday morning a taxi was damaged in a dispute with customers, the issue was dealt with through community resolution.

Priory

Criminal damage to a motor vehicle:

Overnight on Monday the windscreen of a car parked on Swan Lane was smashed.

Ravensdale

Burglary dwelling:

On Thursday 8th a resident of Houfton Road left the back door unlocked when she went to work. An offender entered the house and stole two Ipods, two video recorders, two watches and some loose change.

Over the weekend an empty property on Gladstone Street was entered after boarding was removed.

Robin Hood

Theft of a motor vehicle:

On Sunday afternoon a blue Ford Fiesta was stolen from outside a house on Beech Tree Avenue, the keys had been taken from the house during a party the previous evening.

Town Centre

Criminal damage to a motor vehicle:

Overnight on Sunday a car parked on Midworth Street was deliberately scratched all the way round.
