Man seriously injured following Annesley collision

A man has been taken to hospital after he was left with serious injuries following a collision between a car and a lorry.

The 47-year-old was driving the car on the A611 at Annesley when the crash happened at around 4.30pm yesterday (Monday, December 4), between Blidworth Road and Balls Lane. The lorry driver was unhurt.

Anyone who witnessed the collision, or has dash-cam footage, is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting incident number 598 of 4 December 2017.
