Man seen wielding a samurai sword is arrested
Police have arrested a man after reports of a man carrying a samurai sword at an address in Mansfield shortly after 12am today (Tuesday, February 6).
Officers were called to a property in Mappleton Drive at around 12.05am.
No-one was injured at the scene.
A 25-year-old man, from Mansfield, has been arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of a bladed article. He remains in police custody.
