Man in court after smashing Subway shop window in Mansfield
Michael Willets pleaded guilty at Mansfield Magistrates’ court on Wednesday, to causing criminal damage to a door window at Subway.
The court was told Willets, 20 had consumed a large a mount of alcohol when he went out with friends on December 21.

Hide AdHe had aimed a kick at the door, shattering the pane and then made his escape into the town centre where he was later detained by wardens.
Willets, of Woodland Grove could not explain why he had acted in such a reckless way. He was fined £220, a victim surcharge of £22, costs of £85 and ordered to pay £240 compensation.
