Man caught over the limit with bald tyre
Prosecutor Robert Carr told Mansfield magistrates how Michael Lubinski (21), of Sylvan Crescent, was approached by police after being seen walking along the M1 on 13th May.
A van which he had borrowed from his brother had run out of fuel and he was en route to a service station for fuel.

Lubinski was also fined £110, given a £20 victim surcharge and court costs of £85.
