Man arrested following sexual assault
Police in Mansfield have arrested a 32-year-old man after a woman was sexually assaulted in a park.
Officers attended the recreation ground at Racecourse Park at around 9pm last night (Saturday, 28th September).
A woman said she had been approached and then assaulted by a man at the Eakring Road end of the park.
The area remains cordoned off while forensic investigations are carried out. Anyone with information should contact Nottinghamshire Police.
