Man airlifted to hospital after three car smash
A man was taken to hospital in an air ambulance after a three car smash in Southwell.
The man was trapped in his car during the collision on Oxton Road at 11.53 am yesterday (Monday August 31).
Two adults and two children were released at the scene before the arrival of emergency services and a dog was left in the care of a local person.
Firecrews from Newark and a rescue tender from Tuxford attended the scene.
