Lucky Selston six win People's Postcode Lottery

Six people in Selston have got a thousand reasons to celebrate today as their lucky postcode, NG16 6BS, has been announced as the winner of People's Postcode Lottery's Daily Prize today (28 September, 2018).

The Sperry Close neighbours have all scooped a fantastic £1,000 each thanks to the win.

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt offered her congratulations and said: “I’m thrilled for our winners today in Selston. What a great way to start to the weekend – well done to them all. I’m sure they’ll have a grand time splashing out with their windfall. Make sure you’re playing and we could be visiting your postcode next.”A minimum of 32per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised £340 million to date for 4,000 good causes across Great Britain and internationally.One good cause close to the winner that players have helped to support is Friends of Moor Ponds Woods, which was awarded £1,249 last year to improve access to Papplewick Dam Wood.
