Drink-Driving

Stacey Marie Rowton, 23, of Poplar Grove, Forest Town admitted having 61 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a VW Polo. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She also admitted having no insurance. She was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £505 in total and made to pay £112 in costs.

Motoring

Ceri Judith Graham, 34, of Millrise Road, Mansfield, admitted driving a Peugeot at 48mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £232, given four penalty points and made to pay £104 in costs;

John Morrell, 50, of Blackrock Way, Mansfield, admitted driving a Mercedes at 50mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £140, given five penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Matthew Alan Patching, 38, of Petersmith Drive, New Ollerton, admitted driving a Vauxhall Corsa without insurance and a licence was fined £380, given six penalty points and made to pay £123 in costs;

Abu Supain, 39, of Hillsway Crescent, Mansfield, admitted driving a Ford at 48mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £310, given five penalty points and made to pay £116 in costs;

Paul Anthony Allen, 40, of Church Hill, Sutton, admitted driving a Toyota at 41mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £300, given four penalty points and made to pay £115 in costs;

Joshua Liam Cairns, 25, of Morven Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, was found to have driven a Vauxhall at 64mph in a 50mph zone and was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Hayley Jean Cruickshanks, 25, of Church Road, Clipstone, was found guilty of running a red light at Mansfield Woodhouse while driving a Peugeot and was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Samuel Liam Key, 24, of Belle Eau Park, Bilsthorpe, was found guilty of driving a Peugeot without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Duncan Jeffrey Moss, 44, of Skegby Road, Kirkby, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall while using a mobile phone and was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Marcin Solowianiuk, 33, of Gleneagles Drive, Kirkby, admitted driving a BMW while using a mobile phone and was fined £95, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Simon James Griffiths, 30, of The Woodlands, Langwith, was found guilty of driving without a seat belt and was fined £220, and made to pay £672 in costs. He had previously pleaded not guilty but did not attend the hearing.

Theft

Shaun Michael Swain, 44, of Poplar Avenue, Kirkby, was found guilty of stealing diesel belonging to Fabricat and was given a community order with drug rehabilitation, made to pay £200 compensation and £100 costs;

John Kavanagh, 28, of Skegby Lane, Sutton, admitted stealing wine and flowers worth £25 from Co-op, damaging a police car, damaging a pub window and stealing brandy worth £29 from Asda. He was jailed for 12 weeks, made to pay £50 compensation and £80 costs;

Mark Anthony Bedder, 30, of Glenside, Kirkby, admitted assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen HTC phone. He was jailed for eight weeks and made to pay £130 in costs;

Carla Billingham, 43, of Glenside, Kirkby, admitted assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen HTC phone. She was jailed for four weeks suspended for a year and made to pay £130 in costs;

Steven Mark Ball, 32, of Langton Road, Sutton, admitted stealing dog leads worth £150 from Pets At Home and was given a community order with drug rehabilitation, made to pay £150 compensation and £85 costs.

Harassment

Craig Brooks, 46, of Market Place, Ollerton, admitted harassing a female by contacting her by text despite being warned by police. He was jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months, a two-year restraining order was put in place and he was made to pay £100 compensation;

Paul Parkinson, 52, of Skegby Lane, Sutton, admitted harassing a female by sending her texts despite being advised not to. He was given a one-year restraining order, fined £300 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Violence

Tammy Armstrong, 37, of Herne Street, Sutton, admitted a police officer in his duty and was fined £80 and made to pay £170 in costs;

Stephen Bordun, 62, of Clifton Grove, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female and was given a 12-month conditional order and made to pay £100 in costs;

Michael David Regulski, 32, of John Woodhead Court, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a male and was given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £145 in costs;

Mateusz Kaminski, 28, of Portland Street, Mansfield, admitted sending threatening text messages to a female and was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, a two-year restraining order was imposed and made to pay £145 in costs;

Andrzej Kristian Kowalewksi, 29, of Goodacre Street, Mansfield, admitted sending harassing text messages to a female and calling her three times. He was given a community order with four months’ curfew, a one-year restraining order was imposed and he was made to pay £60 costs;

Ondrej Vrabel, 25, of St Michaels Street, Sutton, admitted damaging a window and was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female. He was given a community order with 100 hours unpaid work, made to pay £60 compensation and £310 in costs.

Criminal Damage

Mark Smith, 52, Oxford Close, Rainworth, admitted damaging a kitchen window worth £120 and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £100 in costs.

Drugs

Andrew Wilson, 46, of Swinfen Broun, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £200 and £105 in costs.

Breach

Anthony Colin Lilliman, 26, of Leeming Street, Mansfield, admitted breaching a restraining order by mouthing words at a woman who was sat on a bus and who he was prohibited from contacting. He was jailed for 18 weeks and made to pay £180 in costs.
