The free event is being run by the Friends of Annesley Old Church and is funded by the Heritage Lottery-funded Annesley Old Church Project.

Music is being supplied by The Songsmiths.

There is limited parking near the Old Church with additional parking being on the service roads into Sherwood Business Park.

In the event of the weather taking a turn for the worst the event will transfer to Annesley All Saints Church (the New Church).

Portable toilets will be on site for the event at the Old Church.
