LETTER: Will council be having smaller fuel tanks?

Ashfield District Council believes having smaller bins will improve recycling quotas. '¨If that is indeed the case, then by applying the same logic, will it be fitting smaller fuel tanks to its fleet of vehicles in a bid to improve their fuel economy?
