LETTER: Who will foot bill for council fine?
I have just read in the Chad about an accident involving county council workmen at Rufford Abbey Country Park (Council Fined £1million After Man Hurt At Park).
Nasty stuff but I wonder where that £1m plus costs will come from? Will it come out of the rates we all pay do you think?
Will the person actually at fault have any penalty?
