LETTER: Wheelie genius idea
I have to say that it is pure genius, and I certainly would never have thought of it myself.
But credit due to the council for dealing with people who have too much rubbish, it’s obvious when you think about it, give them a smaller bin, problem solved. (Bin change rubbished - Chad August 23).
Apparently more of it suddenly becomes recyclable, in which case you just put in the already full recycling bin, oh, wait a minute.
