LETTER: Letter to Ben Bradley MP on wages
Whilst I totally accept that the least well paid need help, businesses employing those over 25 who are doing low skilled work are going to get to the point where, either we won’t be able to employ staff anymore, or we will have to make comparable price increases. In the end the low paid will just continue to be in the same situation.
It is very obvious this is just about votes and completely lacking in common sense. The only real way to make life more affordable is in price caps on consumables and particularly on gas prices.

Hide AdThe Labour Party started this and now their loud but foolish voice appears to be bullying the Conservative Party in the same direction.
It is incredibly sad that our politicians are so short-sighted at a time when it is desperately important for UK business to be more competitive.
It is also our view that another world recession is looming and decisions like these will get blamed. They certainly won’t make it better.
Please at least keep at it with Brexit and be loud and proud for us.
