LETTER: Kindness at King's Mill was first class
I would like to tell you about my experiences of King's Mill Hospital.
Last year I spent a month in hospital after having had a stroke. The kindness, professionalism and support I received was first class. On leaving hospital the support continued with home care, medical care and physiotherapy.
Recently I have been visiting a dear friend who is in intensive care. I again witnessed the professionals working hard to support not only their patients but also their families and friends through a difficult time. I think we should all recognise the hard, tireless work that goes on here day and night by these dedicated people and be thankful they are there when we need them.
