LETTER: Bees are needed for so many things

Two applications have been made to the Government to lift the ban on bee-killing pesticides. '¨Please join me in asking your MP to vote for leaving the ban in place. '¨We need our bees urgently as pollinators, as well as honey producers. '¨I started keeping bees especially to pollinate my newly planted fruit trees, which flowered prolifically, but no fruit set. '¨It is better now and I love my bees and do not want them to die.
