Leisure centre raises BHF cash
Family activities at Lammas Leisure Centre has helped to raise over £500 for the British Heart Foundation, as part of Wear it, Beat it Day earlier this month.
Over 220 visitors got involved in a raffle, cake sale a red pool party and a children’s disco. Manager Richard Chatwin said: “This was a fantastic event, which helped to raise a lot of money for a very worthy cause.”
