Ian Beastall, aged 44, of Dunsil Road, Mansfield Woodhouse, drove a car while over the legal drink-drive limit. He had 51 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge and been disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Kyle Gordon, 23, of St Mary’s Road, Sutton, drove a car without due care and attention on King’s Mill Road Eastm Sutton. His driving licence has been endorsed with five points. He was also fined £500 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £50 surcharge.

Ryan Mason, 34, of Mollanes Close, Sutton, drove a car while under the influence of alcohol. He had 78mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £523, ordered to pay a £52 surcharge and £200 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Macaulay Mason, 22, of Chesterfield Road North, Pleasley, failed to stop after an accident where damage was caused to a property on Coxmoor Road, Kirkby. He also drove without due care and attention. He has been disqualified from driving for six months, fined £500 and ordered to pay £500 in costs and a surcharge of £50.

Mitchell Naylor, 20, of Budby Cresent, Meden Vale, drove a car dangerously in Shirebrook and failed to stop for police. He has been committed to custody for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, as there was a police chase through the village, he drove through a red light and drove with airbags deployed after a collision. He was also ordered to pay a £115 surcharge and £85 in costs.

Ben Newby, 28, of Collins Avenue, Sutton, drove a car without the correct insurance and licence and also failed to give a sample of breath. He has been disqualified from driving for 18 months and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

Robertas Aleksandravicus, 21, of Walton Street, Sutton, drove a car without the correct licence or insurance and also drove while under the influence of alcohol. He had 123mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He also fraudulently used a registration and obstructed a police officer in their duty. He has been disqualified from driving for six months and was issued a community protection order with a curfew requirement and electronic monitoring for six weeks. He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £85 surcharge.

Frank Dennington, 67, of Edwalton Court, Mansfield, drove a Volvo tractor at a speed exceeding 40mph in a restricted area in Cambridgeshire. He also failed to give identification of the driver of the Volvo tractor when asked to by police. His driving licence has been endorsed three points. He was also fined £63 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and costs of £85.

Threats

Michael Bolton, 39, of Broxtowe Drive, Mansfield, used threatening behaviour on Ratcliffe Gate, Mansfield. He was conditionally discharged for six months.

Michael Bray, 24, of Kedleston Walk, Mansfield, used threatening behaviour. He has been given a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

Mateusz Barszzczaka, 27, of Debdale Way, Mansfield Woodhouse, assaulted a person. He has been given a community order with a requirement of 60 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £100 in compensation, a £85 surcharge and £85 in costs.

Theft

McKenzie Randle, 21, of Pickard Street, Mansfield, has been sentenced to two weeks’ custody after she stole various beauty goods to the value of £114.28 from Boots. She was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £115 and costs of £85. She was sentenced because of her record of previous offences.

Ryan Brett, 19, of Brickyard Drive, Hucknall, entered the YMCA, Commercial Gate, Mansfield and stole two Microsoft Xbox controllers to the value of £99.98. He has been committed to eight weeks in custody, suspended for 12 weeks. He was also given a curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for three months and ordered to pay £49.99 in compensation.

Kristy Butler, 38, of Gaitskell Crescent, Edwinstowe, stole £200 worth of groceries from Asda. She was fined £30 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and £85 in costs.

Jamie Maclennan, 30, of Stockwell Gate, Mansfield, stole Jack Daniel’s from Sainsburys on Nottingham Road, Mansfield, and failed to surrender to court. He also stole electrical items from Beales Deprtment Store. He also failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison. He has been jailed for 14 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 surcharge.

Richard Hill, 31, of Stella Street, Mansfield, stole £58,32 worth of products from B&M Bargains in Mansfield. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 in costs.

Breach

Shaun Swain, 46, of Rosewood Drive, Kirkby, stole fuel from Byron Avenue, Kirkby, while serving two suspended sentences. He was jailed for 23 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 surcharge.

Stacey Harris, 27, of Elder Street, Sutton, failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence made by Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. She failed to attend a date and failed to provide evidence to support her absence. She will pay costs of £60 and a £50 surcharge.

Drugs Ricky Cross, 26, of Bilborough Road, Mansfield, had on his possession a quantity of amphetamine, a Class B drug. He has been conditionally discharged for 12 months and pay a £20 surcharge.

Adam Cutts, 34, of Markham Place, Mansfield, had on his possession a quantity of amphetamine, a Class B drug. He was fined £80, pay costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge.

Miscellaneous

Peter Welch, 42, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, has on his possession on West Gate, Mansfield a folding pocket knife which had a blade exceeding three inches. He has been given a community order with a rehabilitation requirement. He was also fined £100, pay £85 costs and a £85 surcharge. He also committed the offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for using threatening behaviour.

Joanne Taylor, 30, of no fixed address, damaged a window belonging to Ashfield District Council. She also damaged glass door on Low Street, Sutton and damaged a telephone kiosk on Portland Square. She has been committed to prison for 16 weeks. She will also pay a surcharge of £115.

Jake Lewis, 20, of Beauvale Gardens, Kirkby, damaged two cars and a window in Kirkby with intent. He also had on his possession a quantity of cocaine. He has been issued a community order with a unpaid work requirement of 120 hours. He will also pay £130 in compensation, a £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

Shannon Hill, 20, of Saunby Avenue, Mansfield, assulted a woman by beating her. She has been conditionally discharged for six months, pay compensation of £50 and £35 in costs.
