Theft

Richard Hall, aged 29, of no fixed address, stole three bottles of wine from Tesco in Huthwaite to the value of £13. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly on Carnarvon Grove, Sutton. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Ashley Barnes, 33, of Eckington Walk, Mansfield, stole two bottles of Jack Daniels to the value of £64 and razors on a separate occasion from Tesco, Jubilee Way South, Mansfield. Given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £120 and ordered to pay an £85 surcharge, £30 compensation and £85 costs.

Jonathan Blundell, 29, of High Street, Edwinstowe, stole Gordon’s Gin to the value of £14.99 from B&M in Mansfield. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge.

James Lee, 49, of Dunsil Road, Mansfield Woodhouse, stole food to the value of £195 from Tesco, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield. He has been sentenced to two weeks in prison consecutive to a previous sentence which was suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a £115 surcharge.

Simon Ward, 44, of no fixed address, stole cosmetics to the value of £76 from Superdrug, Mansfield. Sentenced to six weeks in prison due to him being on licence.

Marius Maslina, 26, of Garside Place, Worksop, stole products valuing to £21.29 from Tesco in Ollerton. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Diane Tyson, 38, from St Michael’s Street, Sutton, on separate occasions stole a jar of £5 coffee and other goods to the value of £14.28 from Co-op in Sutton. Also stole items to the value of £22.19 from Asda in Sutton and food to the value of £13 from B&M in Sutton. She also stole on separate occasions food totalling to £27 from Aldi in Sutton. Issued a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £52.47 and a £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke Tomlinson, 34, of New England Way, Pleasley, took a car without consent while disqualified from holding a driver licence or insurance. The offence was also committed under a suspended sentence order. Sentenced to 28 weeks in prison and disqualified from driving for a further 12 months. Ordered to pay a £115 surcharge.

Adam Welch, 26, of no fixed address, stole items valuing totalling £54.85 on three occasions from Huthwaite service station, Sutton. Also was found carrying a meat cleaver in Market Place, Mansfield. He also stole money from a man at Littleworth, Mansfield, and had a quantity of a controlled drug mamba on his possession at Mansfield Police Station. Given a 38-week prison sentence. Ordered to pay compensation of £54.85, a £230 surcharge and £85 in costs.

Rebecca Chadwick, 40, of Greendale Crescent, Clipstone, stole food and wine to the value of £10 from Tesco, Jubilee Way South, Mansfield. Also failed to surrender to custody. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £10 compensation and a £30 surcharge.

Karl Williams, 26, of Pickard Street, Mansfield, drove a car without insurance, failed to give information to police and failed to give his name and address after an accident on Ratcliffe Gate, Mansfield. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £160 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Stephen Spencer, 50, of Nottingham Road, Mansfield, drove over the 50mph speed limit on the A38. He was recorded as driving 70mph. Driving licence endorsed with five points, fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 surcharge.

Robert King, 52, of Washington Drive, Mansfield, drove on Sutton Road with 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the 35mcg limit. Fined £507, ordered to pay £50 surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Jade Binch, 28, of Chaucer Cresent, Sutton, drove a car on Rosemary Street, Mansfield with 52mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit if 35mcg. Fined £206, ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and £85 costs, and banned from driving for 12 months.

Danielle Rai, 22, of Somersall Street, Mansfield, was driving without due care and attention. Fined £80, ordered a £30 surcharge and £85 costs and licence endorsed with six points.

Lersak Wattanasombatkun, 19, of Oakfield Avenue, Warsop, drove without insurance and was recorded at driving 40mph on a 30mph restricted road. Fined £180, ordered to pay £30 surcharge and £85 costs and driving licence was endorsed nine points.

Assault

Richard Canham, 21, of Scarrington Court, Mansfield, assaulted a woman by beating. Issued a community order with a rehabilitation requirement and 70 hours’ unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

Simon Groves, 30, of Healdswood Street, Sutton, assaulted a man by beating. Sentenced to a 24 weeks’ jail, suspended for a year, due to the use of a weapon. Also ordered to pay a £115 surcharge and £85 costs.

John Housley, 38, of HMP Nottingham, assaulted a woman by beating and caused a woman harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusing or insulting words or behaviour. He has been issued an restraining order not to enter a property in Kirkby. Sentenced to 18 weeks in prison due to him offending while a court order was imposed. Also told to pay £250 in compensation.

Jamie Wrightman, 21, of Quines Hill Road, Forest Town, committed fraud by using a bank card belonging to someone else and stole a handbag belonging to the same woman. Sentenced to eight weeks’ prison due to the offence happening under post-sentence supervision aggravated by record. Ordered to pay £123.48 in compensation.

Breach

Connor Weeks, 18, of Laurel Avenue, Church Warsop, contacted a woman on Instagram who he was banned from doing so by a restraining order. He has been given an community order with a rehabilitation requirement and ordered to pay £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
