James Lee, 49, of Dunsil Road, Mansfield Woodhouse. Used a credit card belonging to someone else intending to make a gain and also took a car without the owner’s consent. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and £20 victim surcharge.

Alan Nobbs, 53, of Kirklington Road, Rainworth. Dishonestly used electricity to the value of £692.95. Community order made, fined £120, £200 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Birdsell, 33, of Third Avenue, Rainworth. Failed to notify Mansfield District Council of a change of circumstances. Community order made, be under a curfew for four weeks from 8.30pm to 7am, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Scott Walker, 44, of Simpson Road, Mansfield. Stole various items to the value of £77 belonging to Boots and failed to comply with curfew conditions. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, suspended sentence varied, committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, curfew between 8pm and 6am extended by two weeks and £60 costs.

Kelly Maltby, 39, of Frederick Street, Mansfield. Stole a selection of meats to the value of £55.31 belonging to The Co-op. Committed to prison for eight weeks, pay £55.31 compensation and £59.69 victim surcharge.

Luke Smith, 23, of Bannerman Road, Kirkby. Stole an iphone to the value of £600. Fined £120, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Carla Billingham, 45, of Glenside, Kirkby. Stole a steam cleaner to the value of £50 and boxer shorts and hair curlers to the value of £30 belonging to Boyes committed during a suspended sentence. Community order made, pay £74.98 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and suspended sentence varied, now committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 15 months.

Motoring

Nicky Frow, 26, of Edward Street, Kirkby. Driving while disqualified, without an insurance policy and without a test certificate. Community order made, carry out 60 hours of unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £8 costs and licence endorsed with eight points.

Thomas Payne, 21, of Verona Court, Mansfield. Driving without an insurance policy and in possession of cannabis. Fined £110, £30 victim surcharge, £30 costs, disqualified from driving for six months and drugs forfeited and destroyed.

Brian Brown, 46, of Institute Street, Sutton. Driving while disqualified, withou an insurance policy and while using a hand held mobile phone. And was in possession of cocaine. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months. Drugs forfeited and destroyed.

Andrew Butler, 39, of Launds Avenue, Selston. Driving without an insurance policy. Fined £180, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for six months.

Assault

Carl White, 45, of Martin Avenue, Sutton. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Community order made, restraining order, fined £100, £85 victim surcharge and £520 costs.

David Hartley, 50, of Trinity Road, Edwinstowe. Assaulted a man by beating him. Committed to prison for two months and pay £115 victim surcharge.

Neil Jackson, 45, of Wallis Road, Mansfield. Assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty and used threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them , or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence to them whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Community order made, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £50 compensation.
