Theft

Ryszard Kocwa, 44, of George Street, Mansfield. Not being at your place of abode, had with you two foil lined bags for use in the course of, or in connection with theft from shops. Community order made and £85 victim surcharge.

Kyle Wilde, 25, of no fixed abode. Stole coffee and meat, of an unknown value, belonging to the Co-op in Mansfield. Fined £120, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sean Willmott, 35, of Brandreth Avenue, Sutton. Attempted to steal a handbag, stole garden equipment and in possession of class B drug, amphetamine. Committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 12 months, pay £115 victim surcharge, £8 costs and drugs foreited and destroyed.

Fraud

Benjamin Allsop, 32, of Kings Stand, Mansfield. Committed fraud by dishonestly reported a mobile phone stolen in order to make a gain, namely £34. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and pay £340 compensation.

Damage

James Dawkins, 27, of no fixed abode. Damaged a UPVC front door at a house in Ollerton and used threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight likely to cause harassment or distress. Pay £500 compensation, fined £200 and £30 victim surcharge.

Nils Morpeth, 39, of Church Drive, Ravenshead. Driving under the influence of alcohol, namely 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £400, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified for 12 months.
