DRUGS

Craig Dixon, 32, of Birchwood Crescent, Chesterfield, was found with a sample of class A drugs in his system while under a suspended sentence made in August for two thefts. He was fined £80 with costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge, with his suspended sentence altered to 16 weeks suspended for 15 months.

Jordan Jackson, 22, of Westfield Lane, Mansfield, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B substance. He was fined £220 with costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge.

Martin Wager, 36, if Annesley Road, Hucknall, had in possession a quantity of controlled class B drug cannabis in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. He was fined £350 with costs of £85 and a £35 surcharge.

THEFT

William Gamble, 32, of no fixed address, was committed to prison for 24 weeks for stealing clothes of an unknown value belonging to New Look, while on a conditional discharge for the left of three mini drones from B&M Bargains in Mansfield. He was also ordered to pay a £115 surcharge.

Amanda Barnes, 39, of Smith Street, Mansfield, stole five Yankee Candles belonging to Beales Department Store, Mansfield. She was committed to prison for 16 weeks, with a surcharge of £115.

MISCELLANEOUS

Kyle Gregg, 30, of no fixed address, was in Mansfield while prohibited from entering the town following a criminal behaviour order in April. He also stole a remote control car from TK Maxx to the value of £16.99. He was committed to a total of 26 weeks in prison and ordered to pay a £115 surcharge.

Linda Johnson, 60, of Alfreton Road, South Normanton, was drunk and disorderly on Leeming Street, Mansfield, on October 10, 2018. She was fined £100 with costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge.

Michael Savage, 32, of Hallam Close, Mansfield, was drunk and disorderly in Hallam Close, Mansfield, on October 14, 2018. He was fined £92 with £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.

George Burton, 19, of Wellcroft Close, Mansfield, was drunk and disorderly in Clumber Street, Mansfield, on October 14, 2018. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, with £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Chantelle McIntosh, 27, of Bradshaw Avenue, Alfreton, failed to leave Mansfield Town Centre following direction given under section 35 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. She was conditionally discharged for 12 months with £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Thomas Slack, 29, of Church Street, County Durham, damaged two internal doors and a carpet belonging to Michelle Allsop with intent to damage, in Forest Town, Nottinghamshire. He was fined £200 with £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.

MOTORING

Samuel Martinez, 30, of Hilcote Street, South Normanton, drove a motor vehicle on St Peters Way, Mansfield, without a valid policy of insurance and with 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35. He was fined £400 with costs of £85 and a £40 surcharge, and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Laura Nunn, 24, of Lawn Road, Sutton, kept an unlicenced vehicle which had an expired registration licence. She was fined £40 with costs of £85 and vehicle excise back duty of £37.50.

Dawn Hayward, 19, of Priestsic Road, Sutton, was in charge of a mechanically propelled vehicle on Rowan Drive, while unfit to drive through drink. She was fined £40 with costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge, and endorsed with 10 points on her driving licence.

Paul Holden, 51, of West Bank Wynd, Mansfield, drove a motor vehicle on West Bank Avenue, after consuming so much alcohol that he had 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35. He was fined £120 with costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge, and banned from driving for 17 months.

Mark Leech, 24, of Egmanton Road, Meden Vale, Mansfield, drove a motor vehicle in Eastlands Lane, Church Warsop, with no licence or insurance after consuming so much alcohol that he had 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with costs of £85 and a £115 surcharge, and banned from driving for four years.

VIOLENCE

Nathan Lambert, 23, of Watnall Crescent, Mansfield, used threatening and abusive language and then drove his vehicle at Simon Fowler with intent to cause harm. A community order was made requiring 80 hours of unpaid work, with compensation of £100.

Gino Masciopinto, 21, of Forest Road, Ollerton, assaulted Rebecca Stanley on Church Street, Mansfield, by beating her. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a surcharge of £20.

Gareth Wall, 33, of Holly Grove, Kirkby, used threatening or insulting behaviour with intent to cause harm against a persons in Giltbrook Retail Park, Nottinghamshire, having been released on bail. He also damaged a windscreen of unknown value with intent to damage, and used threatening behaviour again MC Jaz Fagura at Mansfield Custody Suite. He was committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks, with compensation totalling £500.
