Drugs

Mark Baguley, aged 39, of Willow Crescent, Sutton, was found with Class B drug mamba in his possession. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge £20.

Damian Stansfield, 26, of Princes Street, Mansfield, was found with Class B drug cannabis in his possession. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £20 surcharge.

Tony Clark, 47, was found with mamba in his possession. He fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge.

Miscellaneous

Kyle Gregg, 29, of no fixed address, was jailed for 12 months after he entered Mansfield town centre while prohibited from doing so. He was ordered to pay a £115 surcharge.

Stacey Webster, of Python Hill Road, Rainworth, failed to notify the Department of Work and Pensions of a change in her circumstances which she knew would affect her benefits entitlement. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 costs and an £30 surcharge.

Elliott Harris, 25, of Vicar Water Close, Clipstone, damaged a door with intent in Mansfield Woodhouse. He was given a community order with a rehabilitation requirement and a restraining order and ordered to pay £300 compensation.

Tanya Flynn, 30, of Lime Crescent, Church Warsop, damaged a Vauxhall Asta with intent to destroy or damage. She also threatened a man she would damage a window at his home address. She was fined £160 and ordered to pay costs of £200 and a £30 surcharge.

Theft

Kyle Hollingsworth, 27, of Bilborough Road, Mansfield, trespassed and stole 30 Pop vinyl figures and a Microsoft Xbox games console from Gladstone Street, Mansfield. He also damaged a shed on the same street which belongs to Mansfield District Council. He was also found with cannabis. He was jailed for six months,suspended for 18 months, fined £120 and ordered to take part in a programme and rehabilitation activity and pay £340 compensation.

Theresa Hemmings, 33, of Stoneyford Road, Sutton, stole alcohol to the value of £150 and £80 of alcohol on a different day, both times from Morrisons. She was conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £80 in compensation.

Jason Kempin, 45, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, stole bars of chocolate to the value of £13 from B&M Bargains in Mansfield and failed to surrender to custody. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

David Hood, 39, of Cox’s Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse, drove a Vauxhall Vivaro on Lincoln Drive with 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the legal limit of 35 mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months. He also failed to surrender to custody and was fined £450 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 surcharge.

Shane Betteridge, 33, of Birkland Street, Mansfield, drove a Renault while disqualified from holding a licence and without insurance. He was issued with a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to £85 costs and a £85 surcharge.

Constantin Suhan, 20, of Welbeck Street, Mansfield, drove a Mercedes on Toothill Lane, Mansfield, without the correct insurance. His licence was endorsed with six points and he was fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 surcharge and £85 costs.

Zoe Halliwell, 42, of Manifold Drive, Selston, drove an Audi without the correct insurance and while using a hand-held telephone. She has been banned from driving for six months, fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 surcharge and £85 costs.

Carol Wicks, 48, of Stone Bank, Mansfield, drove a Nissan on Mansfield Road, Ravenshead, without the correct insurance or a test certificate. She also failed to give the identification of a driver to police. She has been banned from driving for six months, fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 surcharge and £85 in costs.

Violence

Shane Harris, 34, care of Jobcentre Plus, Commercial Gate, Mansfield, assaulted a police officer. He was issued with a community order with a rehabilitation requirement, fined £75 and ordered to pay £100.

Mark Lowe, 54, of Lawrence Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, assaulted a woman by beating. He was issued with a community order with a rehabilitation requirement, fined £100 and ordered to pay £200 in costs and a £85 surcharge.

Threat

William Brook, 24, of Birch Street, Church Warsop, used threatened violence against another to a point where the person feared for their personal safety. He was given a community order with an curfew requirement and told to pay £85 costs and a £85 surcharge.
