King Edwin’s successful fundraising events
Pupils from Edwinstowe’s King Edwin Primary have been busy fundraising for children in need both at home and abroad. As well as holding a pyjama day for the Children In Need charity raising £384.75, they also collected for The Shoebox Appeal.
Youngsters through the school council adopted The Shoebox Appeal, organised by Samaritans Purse, as their charity for the year to send parcels to children overseas.
