Join Mansfield Lawn Tennis Club for free open day session

This could be your chance to serve up an ace and try your hand at tennis.

Mansfield Lawn Tennis Club are offering the chance to try out the sport for free on one day only, with their Great British Tennis Open Day on Saturday, July 21.

People of all ages have been invited to go along and meet the club’s coaching team, with mini sessions for under-10s as well as junior and adult sessions on throughout the day.

The club has been chosen as one of four clubs to gain sponsorship from the Lawn Tennis Association’s major sponsor, Nature Valley, so there will be prizes and free items on offer for those in attendance.

There will also be a barbecue, hot and cold drinks and a tombola on display.

The event takes place between 1 pm and 4 pm on Saturday, July 21, at the club on Pheasant Hill (off Chesterfield Road), NG19 7AL.
