Job vacancies to be filled at fair

Job seekers will be able to choose from lots of vacancies, get interview training and skills advice at a free jobs fair.

Dozens of employers are attending the event on Friday and job seekers are advised to bring along a CV – as vacancies will be filled on the day.

To help people combat any last minute nerves, though, job interview skills training will also be available at the event.

Confirmed local and national employers attending the job fair include: Arriva; Nottinghamshire County Council; Nottingham Care Village; First Class driver training; local care providers; Nottingham University Hospitals; Care UK; The Royal Navy.

Support and advice will also be available from local colleges.

The event is being held at Friday, July 17, at the John Godber Centre, Hucknall, from 10am until 3pm.

Entry to the event is free.
