A Kirkby man has been jailed for breaching the conditions of his bail.
Haydn Miles Wright (20) was ordered to remain at 25 Felley Avenue, Kirkby, under electronically monitored curfew, between 8pm and 6am, while waiting to face charges of aggravated bodily harm and possession at Nottingham Crown Court on 3rd August. But when Electroninc Monitoring Service (EMS) staff arrived at the address on 15th June they could not find him.
Mitigating, Chris Perry told district judge Diana Baker that Wright had been present, and had contacted EMS and the police after staff called at the wrong address. No costs or compensation were ordered.
