IT firm to bring 200 new jobs to Ashfield
Speaking at a meeting of Ashfield District Council on Thursday, leader Coun Jason Zadrozny said: “A blue chip IT company After serious lobbying from this council, has decided to open an operation at Sherwood Business Park and planning to create around 200 jobs there over the next two years.”
He said A public announcement and launch event is expected in the very early New Year.

Hide AdProlog will be closing their Sherwood park distribution centre with the potential loss of around 500 jobs.
Coun Zadrozny said: “We understand that Prolog is looking for another operator to take on the plant and the workforce. We have been working with the DWP rapid response team and doing what we can to help affected residents.”
