Investigation launched into Sutton house fire

Crews were called to St Michael’s Street yesterday, June 7, just before 5pm, following reports of smoke coming from the roof.

A Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesman said today: “Three fire engines attended and two hose reel jets were used to put the fire out.

“We left the scene just after 7pm and a fire investigation is taking place this morning.”
