Huthwaite Tandoori charity night to raise funds for Chad/King’s Mill Hospital’s MRI Appeal

CURRY lovers will be able to boost the coffers of Chad’s MRI Scanner Appeal on Monday (26th November) during a charity night at a Huthwaite restaurant.

Huthwaite Tandoori, based at 17 Market Street, will hold an all-you-can eat night for £18 per person. The event also features a live singer.

Owner Saaj Hoque told Chad he had been inspired to help our life-changing campaign after a recent visit to King’s Mill Hospital.

“I went to King’s Mill Hospital with my aunty and know the need of the hospital having the best scanner,” he said.

“The scanner will be used by thousands of people and I want to do my bit to help the hospital and help the community. So far we have 80 bookings and hopefully we can get a few more over the weekend.”

Donations to our MRI appeal can be made by visiting Chad receptions, calling the customer services department at King’s Mill Hospital on 01623 672222, by visiting Sherwood Forest Hospital’s NHS Trust website, through Just Giving or by cheque.

All cheques should be made payable to Sherwood Forest Hospitals Charitable Funds.
