James McBride is one of the lucky Hucknall members who has been enjoying all they have to offer.

“It has been brilliant working alongside the professional actors and learning the ropes from them,” said James who was also joined by Pat Richards, Linda Mayes, Rebecca Morris, Daniel Knight, Jen White and Tom Morley. “It is a fantastic opportunity for amateur actors to work with the RSC.”

Following the city auditions, six actors and a director will be selected to play the roles of the Mechanicals when the play is performed in their city or town.

They will also be invited to perform at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon at the end of the tour.
