How many homes have sold for £1million in Mansfield and Ashfield in the last 10 years?

Mansfield and Ashfield have been named among 16 places in the country where a home has not sold for £1million in the last 10 years.

According to Land Registry data, the maximum price for a home in Mansfield since 2007 is more around £750,000 and £650,000 in Ashfield.

Over in nearby Chesterfield, two homes have sold for more than £1m in the last year, with the most expensive selling for £1.2m.

But Mansfield and Ashfield are not alone in the under £1m category, with 14 other locations joining them. They are:

- Gateshead

- Worcester

- Tameside

- Halton

- Hyndburn

- Torfaen

- Gloucester

- Pendle

- Burnley

- Stoke-on-Trent

- Knowsley

- Barrow-in-Furness

- Blaenau Gwent

- Merthyr Tydfil
