Housing plans for old community centre
A former community centre could soon be converted into homes.
The disused tenants meeting room on The Homelands in Warsop is subject to planing permission to convert and extend the single-storey property to create a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom dwelling.
Owned by the housing department at Mansfield District Council, the building has been vacant for a ‘significant’ amount of time.
The application for the council’s planning department suggests two car parking spaces will be created.
