Hospital bosses in Mansfield and Ashfield draw up plan to deal with potential terrorist attacks
Hospital bosses in Mansfield and Ashfield have been told to prepare a plan of action for responding to a potential terrorist attack in the area.
Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has been told to draw up proposals as part of a nationwide plan to deal with terror incidents.
NHS England asked all hospital trusts across the country to provide a ‘statement of readiness’ following the terror attacks in Paris.
The trust runs King’s Mill Hospital, Mansfield Community Hospital, Ashfield Health Village and Newark Hospital.
