Have you seen missing Toby, 13?

Toby Bower was last seen at around 7.30pm on Friday night (June 23).

Toby is described as white, around 5ft 2 ins tall, of a broad build with messy brown cropped hair.

He was wearing black trainers with gold writing, black joggers with a stripe down the side and a zip up North Face black hooded jacket.
