The competition reflects that 40th milestone in who is eligible to win this wonderful prize.

To enter the competition, Four Seasons and the Chad are seeking people who are ‘Fab at 40’.

Shoppers and readers can nominate themselves or a friend, whether they too are celebrating the ‘big 40’, are in their 40s, celebrating their 40th anniversary or reaching a 40-year milestone.

If you or someone you want to nominate fits the bill then all you have to do is answer a simple question, fill in the coupon and post to the address provided on page 5 of this week’s Chad ­‑ either the Mansfield or Ashfield editions.

The closing date for entries is Friday October 21 at midday.
