Get ready for Christmas

Tickets are fast selling out for the three forthcoming concerts throughout November and December.

On 14th December, the choir will perform at Southwell Minster, on the 15th they will play the Palace Theatre and St Mark’s Church on 21st.

The girls and parents are currently busy preparing for a Christmas Fayre at Samworth Academy on Saturday 30th November from 10 am to 4 pm.

The event is to raise funds for the main choir’s next bid to fly the flag for Mansfield again in a big competition in Riva del Garda, Italy, in April next year.

The event has been organised to prove that the choir is still in good heart, despite the death of its director, Pamela Cook.
