Youngsters in Shirebrook can take part in free weekly OzBox sessions for the summer.
Box volunteers are delivering the fun boxing based fitness training every Wednesday until 4th September.
The sessions will take place between 4.30pm-5.30pm at Shirebrook Leisure Centre.
OzBox, which was first set up by police in Chesterfield with the aim of encouraging youngsters away from anti-social behaviour, involves circuit, fitness and non-contact boxing which is designed to improve confidence, discipline and fitness.
To take part youngsters will need to wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and consent forms are available at the sessions.
