People have the chance to explore the creative community based in the Welbeck Village in north Nottinghamshire during a special event tomorrow (Saturday).

Over 15 producers and artists work at Welbeck and their exciting array of products will be on display during the Made at Welbeck event.

There will be Welbeck food producers to meet, Harley Artist Studios to explore, market stalls to browse, demonstrations to inspire, local music to entertain and food and real ales to enjoy.

Starting in the Harley Courtyard, visitors meet producers from Stichelton Dairy, Welbeck Bakehouse and Welbeck Abbey Brewery, whilst sampling their delicious products.

The School of Artisan Food will be on hand to demonstrate how simple and fun making artisan food can be and you can get inspired with the Harley Gallery exhibition designers, The Bodging Project, who will be at work making furniture in the Courtyard.

Make sure you fuel up with the Limehouse Cafe and their special pop up barbecue and then go back in time and discover Welbeck in the Ice Age in Creswell Crag’s fabulous 12ft yurt.

There will be useful gardening demonstrations from the Dukeries Garden Centre and music throughout the day from local musicians in a line-up put together by the well known GuitarBar in Nottingham.

The Harley Artists Studios, 11 Harley Studios, will be open so that visitors can buy beautiful handmade products, see artists at work and have a go themselves.

Entry and parking for ‘Made at Welbeck’ are free. Welbeck is conveniently located between Mansfield and Worksop on the A60, 15 minutes from both the A1 and M1.

It runs from 10am - 4pm.
