Flying Scotsman set to steam through Nottinghamshire

The legendary Flying Scotsman will be steaming through Nottinghamshire next week.

Enthusiasts will be able to catch a glimpse of the recently restored locomotive as it passes through the county on its inagural run from London King’s Cross to York along the East Coast Main Line on February 25.

On arrival into York, it will go on display at the city’s National Railway Museum.
