Five year policing plan revealed
A NEW five-year policing plan to outline how targets set by the commissioner will be put into action in Nottinghamshire.
The policing plan has been developed by the chief officer team following consultation with local community safety and criminal justice partners. The force has worked with them to identify what they are currently doing well, the areas where we can improve and how well equipped we are to meet future challenges.
Chief Con Chris Eyre of Nottinghamshire Police said: “Our priorities remain to cut crime and keep you safe, spend your money wisely and earn your trust and confidence. The public are at the heart of everything we do and our plan will help us to ensure we are meeting our priorities and delivering an excellent level of service to the public.”
