Staff will also be providing work experience across various areas of its business , a spokesman said.

Company spokesman Karen Morris said: “We are committed to training and nurturing people and it’s great that we can now offer this to the young people at Brunts Academy.

“Whilst the national curriculum provides a rounded education in essential subject areas it doesn’t address some key skills that are required in the workplace.

“Joining business and education together can plug that gap, equipping young people with the tools they need to start a career.”
