In an unusual claim to fame, Kate Bradshaw, as part of a previous job, helped to design the car decoration kit used by Prince William and Kate Middleton to shoot off to their honeymoon after their marriage in 2011.

Now she has joined Pellacraft, the award-winning suppliers of business gifts and promotional merchandise, to become part of the company’s graphic design team at its headquarters at Hermitage House on Hermitage Way.

The team has also appointed Michael Burton, and both will be responsible for designing and delivering inspiring, creative artwork that will be incorporated into the marketing campaigns Pellacraft produces for its clients.

Kate said: “I am so pleased to be a part of this thriving family business, particularly as its core values reflect my own for innovation in design.”

Michael, who initally joined Pellacraft on a freelance basis, said: “I am very happy to have been offered a full-time job after only a month. The company is fantastic to work for, and I am really looking forward to getting my teeth into future design projects.”

The duo were welcomed to the company by director Sam Pella, who commented: “We are very lucky to have acquired the skillsets of both Michael and Kate. Already they have proven to be an asset to the business, and I’m looking forward to seeing how their creative abilities will enhance the quality of artwork we produce for our clients.”
