Firefighters tackled a blaze at a derelict building in Mansfield this afternoon, Monday 6th May.
Two crews from Mansfield and one from Ashfield were called to the two-storey former office building on Scarcliffe Road after noon.
They used breathing apparatus and two hose jet reels to bring the flames under control.
Reports suggest pressurised cylinders were in the vicinity but they were cooled down and removed before they could explode.
Police are on site after an investigation was launched.
