Business owners are invited to a free workshop to learn about fire safety.
The workshops which are being held by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service, will take place at Mansfield Fire Station, Rosemary Street, on 19 January from 10 to 11am, 27 January from 1.30 to 3pm and 12 February from 1.30 to 3pm.
Participants will learn what their responsibilities and duties are under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and will be shown the process of how to complete a Fire Risk Assessment.
Business Education Advocate, Paul Cooper for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Many employers across the county still do not fully understand the responsibilities and consequences of their actions with regard to fire safety. These workshops will explain what is required.”
Each workshop is limited to 10 people and are based on a ‘first come first served basis.’
