Family fun day to help children with autism

Children's TV characters My Little Pony and Chase from '˜PAW Patrol' were the star guests at a family fun day in Sutton that raised £934 for the National Autistic Society.

Held at the Lammas Leisure Centre, the event was organised by Sutton mums Laura Walker, whose four-year-old son, Logan, is autistic, and Kelly Hall, who also has two sons, Koa, 5, and Leo, 3, with the condition.

Laura said: “I was overwhelmed by the support we got. Loads of people turned up. It was absolutely amazing.”

Other attractions included a bouncy castle, cake sale, raffle, toy sale, book sale, tombola and competitions.
