Dune buggy caused damage to Sutton Lawn

Police have been informed after reports of criminal damage by people driving a '˜dune buggy' on Sutton Lawn.

The latest damage was reported last night (Thurday November 11).

A post on Sutton Town Centre Group today warns: “Regretfully we have been made aware there is some criminal damage and antisocial behaviour occurring on Sutton Lawn with a four wheeled vehicle, described by an eye witness as a ‘dune buggy’ type vehicle (larger than quad bike/smaller than a car). It has now occurred twice in the last month.

“The police are aware and monitoring the area, but have requested community support from people that access the lawns or perhaps live nearby.
